Studio Administrator
Location: Toronto
Position: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: Based on experience


We’re looking for a full-time Studio Administrator to be the first point of contact in the studio!

We need a super organised and skillful communicator to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff. They'll manage work databases, social media platforms, and take care of all the things needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Duties will include:

• Greeting clients, and facilitating the smooth flow of their arrivals and departures
• Understanding and use of office platforms and systems as daily tools for:
• Data entry and database maintenance
• Shipping and receiving logs
• Docket creation
• Scheduling
• Couriering and receiving drives
• Communicating with assistants and producers to know what’s needed and to share info with them
• General administrative and clerical tasks including maintenancing studio supplies and coordinating repairs to equipment
• Keeping the studio environment clean and organised, in cooperation with other team members
• Maintaining our library of work:
• Communicating with producers, clients and artists about upcoming projects and completed work
• Ensuring work is filed in a timely manner
• Working with the Head of Client Experience to learn and refine alter ego’s social media voice


• Ability to maintain a professional and personable demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate the needs of clients and staff and react to them quickly
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure within deadlines
• Time management and organizational skills are essential
• Creativity and social media savvy
• Social and cultural adaptability
• Authorization to work in Canada


This is a full-time in-studio position in downtown Toronto.
